At First Choice Warehouse the safety of our customers and staff is paramount to our business and we take the current covid-19 pandemic issue seriously.
In keeping in line with Government lifting of restrictions, we are now allowed to trade with all our showrooms open to all customer.
To continue to keep staff and customers safe, we are operating under conditions that are reflected in our COVID safe plan.
These include but are not limited to:
All customers and staff are required to wear a face mask at all times whilst in our showrooms or warehouse areas, unless a lawful reason for exemption applies.
We ask that customers, contractors and delivery drivers do not enter our stores if you answer YES to any of the following:
a) exhibit any or all of the following symptoms – high temperature, coughing, sore throat or shortness of breath
b) if you have recently returned from overseas with-in the last 14 days
c) have been in contact with anyone that has or is suspected of having covid-19 or associated symptoms
d) have been to a amber or red zoned covid-19 exposure region or site in the last 7 days
All customers are required to check-in using the Government QR code provided at all entrance points and throughout our stores; sanitise hands at our complementary sanitising station; and to minimise contact with surfaces where possible
We ask that customers maintain 1.5 meter physical distance between other customers and staff, whilst in our stores
Our staff will regularly sanitise their work spaces and social distance
We will be conducting additional cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces regularly throughout the day
The above measures are implemented to maintain a safe environment for both you and our staff.
