- All items purchased on your order will be dispatched within 24 business hours of receiving your order.
- If your order consists of 1 or more items that are a Special Order Item dispatch of your order will be 5-10 days. These items are not stocked in our warehouse and we must allow time for stock to arrive from local supplier.
- Your orders are sent from our dispatch center in Melbourne Australia to destinations Australia wide.
- Once goods have been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email advising your goods are in transit. The shipping provider will keep in touch notifying you from collection to final delivery.
- All orders require someone to accept the delivery and provide a signature for proof of delivery, unless alternative arrangements have been made with FCW prior to dispatch of order.
- It is imperative that you or someone on your behalf will be available to assist the driver in the unloading of any order weighing more than 25kg dead weight. Persons assisting must be minimum 16 years of age and able bodied to assist driver to carry items of 25kg and over.
Delivery of item(s) is limited to front door or left at an agreed safe location provided it is on ground floor and accessible clear location.
note: Goods will not be left unattended without a proof of delivery signature unless arrangements have been made with FCW prior to the dispatch of items from FCW warehouse.
Delivery drivers are unable to carry or assist in carrying large items upstairs.
If we have accidently dispatched an incorrect item or your order has arrived damaged, please notify us immediately at email@example.com
Ensure you include a copy of your Tax Invoice along with photo(s) of item(s) affected and we will action a replacement product and organise collection of incorrect/damaged item(s) immediately. Please note if any of the above situations occur you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery of your order.
